FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Can you share your catalogue?

 

     We are a made to order manufacturing company and therefore, we do not have any seasonal stock or a catalogue maintained.

     We manufacture as per every client’s requirements in terms of design, quantity and quality. 

 

  2.  What are your prices like?

 

      We do not have a fixed price list. Our prices depend on your order quantity, designs/styles and the quality of fabric required.

 

  3.  Do you have ready stock available that I can buy?

 

      We are not a wholesaler and therefore, we do not have ready stock or seasonal stock available with us.

      We are on demand manufacturers and produce on the basis of client’s requirements and send the entire shipment to the client itself.

 

  4. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

 

      Our MOQ for basic custom printed or basic custom embroidered t shirts, shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, basic trousers and pants is 50.            This includes screen printing, digital printing and machine embroidery. 

 

      The MOQ for other pieces depends upon the style, detailing, complexity, and required customisation. 

 

  5. I want quality clothes at a cheap price. Is that possible?

 

      Quality clothes at a cheap price is not possible for any manufacturer to provide.

      We have an ethical supply chain and therefore, lowering our prices means compromising on our labour costs.

      That is strictly against our ethics and company policy.

 

       Although, we do have competitive prices and low minimums. We also help and guide you with the development of your collection entirely.             We provide all the facilities including fabric printing, sourcing, embroidery, grading, pattern making, sewing, labelling and packaging.

 

  6. What are the type of garments you manufacture ?

 

      We manufacture all kinds of menswear(T-shirts, shirts, hoodies, joggers, denims, jackets, sweatshirts), womenswear ( T-shirts, shirts, hoodies,         sweatshirts, evening gowns, trousers, dresses, tops, denims, jackets etc.) and kidswear (skirts, dresses, jackets, t-shirts, shirts).

 

  7. What is this cost of pattern making? Can I get the hard patterns for the pieces I sample with you?

 

       Our cost include all the services that go into manufacturing a garment. Therefore, it is not possible for us to give you the cost of one particular        service. Also, providing you with just one service is also not possible as we are a full garment service manufacturer.  All the costs are inclusive        in the sample quotation given to you.

 

       We cannot provide you hard patterns for the samples we make for you as per our Company policy.

 

  8. What are the payment terms?

 

       We accept payment through Paypal or direct bank transfer which are both the safest modes of payment.

       The payment terms include 70% advance on production while placing the production order and 30% plus shipping cost before dispatch of the          order. 

 

  9. What is the estimated shipping cost?

 

       The shipping cost depends upon the the dimensions and weight of the shipment. It also varies from one country to another. At any given point.        (before completion of production) we can only share the shipping estimates with you which may or may not vary with the actual shipping cost.

 

       After the production order is ready, we weigh the package and negotiate the prices with different shipping companies and provide you with the        best quotation. 

 

       Also, every country as different set of rules in terms of custom clearance. Our shipping cost do not include any custom clearance costs that              may be required to pay after the package has been shipped and delivered to your country. 

 

 

 10. What protection and assurances have the garment worked in your factories been given with regards to COVID-19?

 

        The garment workers are following all safety and sanitisation rules while working in the factory. The masks are worn compulsorily and                   temperature testing before entering the factory. If one if the workers catch the virus, we close the factory for 3 days in order to sanitise the               place and make it safe for them to work again. The workers are encouraged to stay at home if they catch flu symptoms so they do not spread           any virus.

 

 11. Can I visit your factory? Can you share pictures of the factory?

 

        We are always happy for you to come and visit our factory. We expect you to finalise a meeting in advance. We do not accept walk ins.We are         more than happy to share the pictures and video of our factory. 

 

 12. How do I know your business is ethical?

 

        We have an ethical supply chain. We make sure that every person or vendor we partner follow ethical business practices as well. We pay fair           wages to our garment workers. We are extremely transparent in terms of our prices and what we pay to our factory workers. For your                       satisfaction, we also let you talk to our garment workers whenever required.
